YOUR EXPERIENCE
What to expect
At the start of the session, in the privacy of a changing room, you will remove all articles of clothing and wrap yourself in a towel. You will then be assisted into the HOCATT chamber where you will sit back comfortably on the seat.

The chamber doors close, leaving your head and neck exposed while your body is enclosed in the chamber. A nose cannula will be placed around your neck to provide pure humidified oxygen for you to breathe in.

Each session runs about 30 minutes in the chamber.

After the session is finished, be sure to cover yourself with your towel, and you will be assisted in exiting the HOCATT. Make sure to drink plenty of water, and try not to shower for the next two hours after the session to reap the full benefits of the ozone on the skin.
